The health and safety of our clients, employees, and vendors have always been critically important to Salumeria Rosi, and we have implemented a series of protocols and standards including but not limited to rigorous cleaning and disinfection protocols, modifying our spaces to facilitate social distancing, providing hand sanitizer to clients and employees, conducting daily health screening of all our employees, and encouraging contactless menus with contactless payment to come. Our staff is required to wear face masks, and we kindly ask our clients as they are entering and moving about our restaurants to wear one as well; we will gladly provide clients a face mask upon entering the restaurant if not already wearing one. Please note that starting September 30th per state and city rules we will need to keep the full name, contact phone number, and home address for one person per party for contact tracing purposes on file.
